Privacy
Revision dated 1 October 2026.
This policy explains how data is handled when you visit the PRISM Commerce Initiative website, send feedback or report an issue with the text.
Who is responsible
Andrei Pobezhimov / Побежимов Андрей Станиславович, an individual based in Hong Kong, is responsible for processing the data. Address privacy questions and requests concerning your data to him through the contact form.
What data is used and why
When you submit a report, we receive your message or quoted passage, any comment, your chosen topic and a reply email if you provide one. To identify the relevant material, the submission includes the page URL and title, language, content identifier and version, site release identifier and section where available. A selected passage may include public surrounding text of up to 80 characters on each side. Each submission receives a reference number and receipt timestamp.
This information is used to consider questions and suggestions, review reports, prepare corrections and reply. Submissions are not published automatically and do not change canonical documents without an editorial decision. When a report results in a correction, we may retain the decision and a de-identified explanation; public contributor attribution is agreed separately.
A report is sent only when you explicitly press a submit button. Selecting, copying or scrolling through text does not send a report. Contacting us is voluntary. The general form requires a message; the topic and reply email are optional. Without a reply email, we can review the submission but cannot respond by email. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information unrelated to your request.
Site operation and technical data
The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Search runs in your browser. A language preference is saved locally only when you choose to remember it.
Your network address is used temporarily to limit request frequency and prevent abuse. Page requests may be recorded in web-server access logs; technical logs support security and troubleshooting. Form contents are not included in technical logs.
Storage and access
The server, mail and backups are located in the Netherlands. Infrastructure is provided by SERVERS TECH FZCO, company address: Ifza Business Park DDP, Building 1, Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. Backups are stored on the same servers. Submissions are stored on the server and forwarded to the service mailbox for review.
The person responsible for processing is based in Hong Kong and has access to submissions. The technical administrator and infrastructure provider have access only as necessary to maintain the infrastructure. Developers have no standing access to correspondence; temporary diagnostic access requires the responsible person’s approval. Submission data is not used for advertising.
Retention periods
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Submissions and correspondence | During handling and for up to 90 days after closure |
| Open submissions | Continued need for retention reviewed every 90 days |
| Spam and rejected messages | Up to 7 days; not retained where unnecessary |
| Technical and anti-spam logs | Up to 30 days, without message contents |
| Successfully delivered submission queue contents | Deleted within 7 days after confirmed delivery |
| Backups | Rolling retention of up to 30 days |
Deletion covers the mailbox, server queue and other operational copies. Copies in backup archives expire through a rotation cycle of no more than 30 days. Previously completed deletions are reapplied after a backup is restored.
Requests concerning your data
You can request access to and correction of your personal data, or ask for its deletion, through the contact form. Include your submission reference if available and an address for a reply. To protect your data, we may request only the information necessary to verify that the request relates to you. The responsible person considers requests in light of applicable requirements and the need to retain the data.
