Sourcing architecture
Virtual Inventory, order-linked On-Demand Sourcing / Procurement and aggregated procurement logic.
Virtual Inventory is an assortment that the platform can present without purchasing and physically stocking all displayed goods in advance. Availability information comes from external sources and requires confirmation during sourcing.
On-Demand Sourcing / Procurement links source selection and product purchase to a particular paid customer order. The platform manages the transition from the catalog offer to actual procurement and order fulfillment.
Aggregated procurement logic
Multiple individual customer orders may, over time, form aggregated procurement demand from PRISM to upstream sellers. If actual volume and supplier relationships support it, this demand may provide a basis for negotiated pricing, volume discounts, preferred procurement terms, supplier accounts, API or feed access, priority allocation, or wholesale or semi-wholesale commercial terms.
These outcomes are prospective possibilities, not defining requirements or claims about terms already obtained. They must not be represented as existing unless supported by actual agreements and operating evidence.
